New members can submit an application starting August 1st for the next season. Seasons run similar to an academic school year starting in September.

*The most important item is your primary email address. Your primary email address is used to log into the new system and is our main avenue to provide you with instructions and information. 

Registration FAQ

Q: How will I be able to sign up for CYS through Manpower?
A. Manpower will be based by the age of your eldest child as per the normal process.  The registration website will direct you to your available assignments. Audits will be completed by the Manpower Director and confirmation or changes to your manpower assignment will be sent via email after registration.

Q. How can I pay for registration?
A. Registration fees can be paid online via credit or debit card.
