Spring - March 10, 2024 to March 5, 2024

The CYS Tennis Program is offered for kids in Kindergarten and up. 

CYS Tennis covers the basic fundamentals and strategy of the game. The goal is to promote the interest and growth through  instruction in a positive and fun environment; to foster etiquette, sportsmanship, integrity, love, and respect for the game.  With the use of progression balls, smaller courts, and game-based rally ball, players will learn to play cooperatively and competitively with friends.

Instructors are provided by Todd Dissley Athletics in conjunction with the Los Gatos Tennis Academy. CYS Tennis covers the basic fundamentals and strategy of the game. The goal is to promote the interest and growth through exceptional tennis instruction in a positive and fun environment, and to foster etiquette, sportsmanship, integrity, love, and respect for the game. 

Eligibility

Boys and Girls - 4 years old and up 

SKILL LEVELS

  • Tennis 1 (Beginners) - Kindergarten and 1st Grade :  Sundays, 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

    • Price : $183.00

  • Tennis 2 (Advanced)- 2nd grade and up :     Sundays 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM

    • Price: $274.00

Season

The season runs from March 10 to May 5  with possible rain make-up sessions on May 12 and May 19.

LOCATION

All sessions are held at Blossom Hill Park Tennis Courts, 16300 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032

EQUIPMENT

  • All participants will have their own racket and ball. If your child does not have a racket, one will be lent to you for the duration of the session. Rackets can be purchased at Target for around $20.00 if your child prefers their own. Tennis balls will be provides (they are special tennis balls for kids).

  • Please make sure your child brings a water bottle.

  • Sunscreen and a cap are recommended as it gets quite bright.
